Adrian Garcia was our tech today and he is awesome. The hottest day so far this year and of course the AC stopped working. Adrian found the problem quickly, fixed it and we are cooling off. He also explained about the service program and we signed up for that. Super experience, very professional and polite!

Absolutely Wonderful! 5 stars is not enough for this company. Eddie Ramirez took the time to explain what needed to be done and what caused the issue in the first place. When Eddie came out and saw that we had no ac ,he went and fixed it did a wondefurl job . They are wonderful, caring, knowledgeable and professional. I'm so happy that I found them and will continue to use them in the future.
