I was impressed by the service provided by Eddie and Dominik. I was called ahead to let me know estimated time of arrival which allowed me to complete a couple of errands and not be tied up at home wondering when they’d be here. They immediately got to work on my unit upon arrival and were ever so mindful of not messing up my floors with water and mud from yard due to heavy rain we’ve been experiencing. I was explained in great detail, with pictures, of the work that was performed and I was given options for follow up maintenance and cost of any additional services I may need. I had scheduled a technician at a certain time and arrived a little bit late do to work. But at the end I had a good service by Mr. Elizalde and the other technician. They explained me the exact problem of my A/C and because I am a member of Coolair, I didn't have to pay extra today. The great experiences with this company just keep coming! We had an issue after our first experience that happened because an old, fragile part decided that its usefulness was at an end. Of course, it was on a Friday night! But that was not a hinderance to these intrepid service people!
