I had made a maintenance appointment then needed to reschedule, super easy and friendly customer service. Day of the appointment, yesterday, it decides to rain cats and dogs and stall the techs from coming out. Also Mondays they run a little late due to a meeting in the morning. Was expecting the techs in the morning, but they did not come til 140pm. This was my first ever appointment with them so I got a little ticked off with dispatch but unfortunately we cannot change the weather. When the techs did get there and finish though, I was informed of every little thing big and small that was possibly wrong with my unit. Thankfully I got some pretty good advice and found that I can get my filters for the same exact price but for 3 of them instead of just one. I received pictures of my unit and got to see the damages and advice on what to do next. Very thankful and grateful the rain stopped when it did and the techs were able to do what they needed to. I signed up to become a member as it was cheaper and I get a 2nd tune in Oct that's already paid for and no service fees if called out Monday thru Friday 8-5. Very friendly and professional techs.

I purchased an older home a little over a year ago. I contacted Colair for a tune up on my central air system, and they were able to schedule me the following day. I received a text with the picture of the serviceman and approximate arrival time. I'm so glad they came out because one of the pipes had frozen over and 2 water lines in the attic were in bad shape unbeknownst to me. The ducts were in bad shape and the wiring was also not properly done. I had them replace the entire central air system, ducts, vents, wiring, thermostat, new breakers, etc. They kept me informed and showed me photos before and after. I'm so happy that they were able to do the work immediately due to the intense heat we have here in South Texas. At the completion of the job, the updated system and thermostat was fully explained to me. They stayed until everything was cleaned up and furniture was back in place. All the vents were checked to ensure proper air flow and temperature.

Adrian was well versed and took time to explain my system set up so that i could understand. He was professional and personal making me feel like he cared about me being satisfied with the service. Update: service performed well. The Unexpected happened but Colair reacted quickly and took care of the resulting issues. My property was restored to 100% quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to use Colair again. Steven Ocana was a great supervisor, communicator and was attentive to the staus of job on a daily basis. All service techs were professional, cleaned up after job and treated my property with respect.

My husband called Colair inc at 11:30 am today and Fabian and Carlos came out by 2:00pm . Found the problem with our air conditioning unit. They were so thorough explaining all the options and checking EVERYTHING. They were so professional and knowledgeable and very polite. We signed up for the comfort club membership. We feel very confident with the repair and maintenance program. Fabian and Carlos were terrific!!!!

My previous air conditioner was sized improperly and wasn't capable of cooling my house. The electric bills were outrageous. First Angel came out and found a duct that was disconnected. The next day two more technicians came out and found that my unit was starved for air. They set the temperature to 68° at 2:00 PM and at 8:PM the house was 76°. Two more technicians came the next day to replace the 4 ton unit they found holes in my return air duct and replaced it, made a larger cold air return, and went through the ductwork thoroughly. They hauled off the 4 ton unit and got my new 3 1/2 ton unit going. Every tech I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. After playing the I'll play dumb until he quits bothering me game with my last installer, I am ecstatic to have an air conditioner that works properly but also to have knowledgeable techs to keep it running. I also signed up for the Colair Comfort Club so it will be serviced properly. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Colair!

On April 4, Adrian and Carlos came to my home to check our central air unit for any problems it may be having before summer hits like a storm from the Devil himself. They were very thorough and checked everything from the fan inside the attic unit, making sure it was cooling as it should and making sure the compressor was not losing coolant. Unfortunately, we had some bacteria growth covering the fan, it was not cooling at the temperature it should be and the compressor was showing signs of coolant leaking. The handler was not cooling properly and the unit was going to need some attention. Our A/C was put in the home 2015 so we decided to replace it.We were introduced to Steven Ocana and he came the next day to explained the process of replacing and the cost. I'm not going to lie, I'm glad I was sitting down but considering the cost to have the unit repaired was pricey as well. And in this part of the state we all know if you have A/C you don't want to have to replace it in the middle of Summer!Joe, Sean and Pepe showed up on time this morning to start the pain staking process of removing the unit from the attic and bringing in the new one. The compressor was also removed and the new one put in it's place. Did I say pain staking? You would never have known they did except the sound of drilling and walking the catwalk in the attic. Fortunately, it was a beautiful cool day and they got it completed by afternoon but they took a lunch break and returned to rewire the electricity to the compressor because they didn't feel it was done to their standards. And that's Colair in a nutshell. Making it right for the customer. "Because they care!"
