I called Colair because my unit was not cooling and I needed someone to check it . Chris took my information and he was very polite and knowledgeable about the type of unit I have. Angel Castro was later dispatched to check the unit, he was very polite and knew his field of work very well. He explained what was wrong with the unit and he fixed it right away. My wife and myself is sending a big thanks to Colair. No air conditioning late. Called them this morning and they told me they be here between 8:00 am and noon. Show up around 11:30. Tested it and told us we needed a new air conditioner. Get it installed in about 3 1/2 hours.
