Colair Heating & Cooling came to our home to perform our spring maintenance service.Our technician Eddie Ramirez did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and then he discovered a couple of amperage readings that were not within the manufacturer’s specifications. He recommended that the parts be changed out to avoid a problem down the road.One of the parts he had stocked on his truck and the other needed to be ordered.I mentioned to Eddie that I was not thrilled with the standing water on the concrete and had wished that it was in the grass instead. This of course was nothing he had done but without hesitation he said I can help you with that! Just like that he was off to the truck and within a couple of minutes he had the drain line off the concrete and around the corner to the grass.You simply do not see this level of service today and I am so appreciative to Eddie and the team at Colair. This is why they are the only company we call for all of our HVAC needs. They are awesome!

Customer service from the initial phone call to the end of the install. Let's start with Tyson. Great supervisor and very understanding when he showed up to diagnose my HVAC problem. He even showed up the next day during install to ensure that my questions were answered and everything was Colair quality. For the install, Raul and Pancho are a great team. They both answered every question with explanation and were very knowledgeable and passionate with their craft. I am a huge believer in service, and it is very hard to find in today's society. Colair does not only set the bar in customer service; rather, Colair is the bar! Quality HVAC units. Professional work and staff. BEST customer service! They are the most expensive company out there, but their customer service is worth every penny! Glad I called them and have joined the Colair family of satisfied customers!

Eddie was great! He showed up earlier than expected, was very polite and professional and made sure I understood what the issue was. He explained prices and the part needed.Yes. I signed up for the membership because it makes sense, and Eddie didn’t make me feel like I was being taken for a ride.Eddie helped with the correct filter rating I should be purchasing for my home and he also showed me how to clean the pea trap!My system was up and running again in no time. Super fast service. Had a motor that would not shut off on the air conditioning. They gave me options and fast service. I am a native Texan so I have to deal with Air Conditioning service my entire adult life. This is the best I have had. Part came in and today, day before Thanksgiving, they arrived and fixed the issues. The second crew was as great as the first. This was not a easy fix. Tight spot but they came through.

Our air conditioning unit was having problems and we decided to call Colair because of the excellent reviews, the supervisor Jessie Rivera came to our house and although it was late, he, with great patience and professionalism, explained to us the process of how they install their units . He was very kind, answering all of our questions and helped us a lot in the purchasing process. This past Monday JC and Andrew came to install the new Lennox unit we purchased. I am a very observant person who pays too much attention to details and I loved that they started by covering the floor where they were going to be walking to do the work with some blankets. It was raining and they came prepared with their equipment not to stop and continue with the work. Both technicians were very professional, respectful and kind too, you could tell they knew what they were doing. I want to acknowledge that JC went the extra mile, since I was worried about cleaning some ugly stains that were on the wall and he brought a cleaner and did it for me. Thank you very much JC, he did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied and happy with the work.I feel very grateful to this company, I was impressed by the professionalness of their services, nothing to do with the bad experience with the previous company. Next week they will come to change the ducts so that everything is correctly as it should be. I just hope to have the same pleasant experience with this new job and that there are no problems with either the new unit or the installation of the new ducts. I will give my opinion on this second job with Colair.

I had made a maintenance appointment then needed to reschedule, super easy and friendly customer service. Day of the appointment, yesterday, it decides to rain cats and dogs and stall the techs from coming out. Also Mondays they run a little late due to a meeting in the morning. Was expecting the techs in the morning, but they did not come til 140pm. This was my first ever appointment with them so I got a little ticked off with dispatch but unfortunately we cannot change the weather. When the techs did get there and finish though, I was informed of every little thing big and small that was possibly wrong with my unit. Thankfully I got some pretty good advice and found that I can get my filters for the same exact price but for 3 of them instead of just one. I received pictures of my unit and got to see the damages and advice on what to do next. Very thankful and grateful the rain stopped when it did and the techs were able to do what they needed to. I signed up to become a member as it was cheaper and I get a 2nd tune in Oct that's already paid for and no service fees if called out Monday thru Friday 8-5. Very friendly and professional techs.

I purchased an older home a little over a year ago. I contacted Colair for a tune up on my central air system, and they were able to schedule me the following day. I received a text with the picture of the serviceman and approximate arrival time. I'm so glad they came out because one of the pipes had frozen over and 2 water lines in the attic were in bad shape unbeknownst to me. The ducts were in bad shape and the wiring was also not properly done. I had them replace the entire central air system, ducts, vents, wiring, thermostat, new breakers, etc. They kept me informed and showed me photos before and after. I'm so happy that they were able to do the work immediately due to the intense heat we have here in South Texas. At the completion of the job, the updated system and thermostat was fully explained to me. They stayed until everything was cleaned up and furniture was back in place. All the vents were checked to ensure proper air flow and temperature.

Adrian was well versed and took time to explain my system set up so that i could understand. He was professional and personal making me feel like he cared about me being satisfied with the service. Update: service performed well. The Unexpected happened but Colair reacted quickly and took care of the resulting issues. My property was restored to 100% quickly and efficiently. I will not hesitate to use Colair again. Steven Ocana was a great supervisor, communicator and was attentive to the staus of job on a daily basis. All service techs were professional, cleaned up after job and treated my property with respect.

My husband called Colair inc at 11:30 am today and Fabian and Carlos came out by 2:00pm . Found the problem with our air conditioning unit. They were so thorough explaining all the options and checking EVERYTHING. They were so professional and knowledgeable and very polite. We signed up for the comfort club membership. We feel very confident with the repair and maintenance program. Fabian and Carlos were terrific!!!!

My previous air conditioner was sized improperly and wasn't capable of cooling my house. The electric bills were outrageous. First Angel came out and found a duct that was disconnected. The next day two more technicians came out and found that my unit was starved for air. They set the temperature to 68° at 2:00 PM and at 8:PM the house was 76°. Two more technicians came the next day to replace the 4 ton unit they found holes in my return air duct and replaced it, made a larger cold air return, and went through the ductwork thoroughly. They hauled off the 4 ton unit and got my new 3 1/2 ton unit going. Every tech I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly. After playing the I'll play dumb until he quits bothering me game with my last installer, I am ecstatic to have an air conditioner that works properly but also to have knowledgeable techs to keep it running. I also signed up for the Colair Comfort Club so it will be serviced properly. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about Colair!
