    This was probably one of the most stressful times of the year. When our AC Unit couldnt keep our House cool. We all could guess the prices of needing a New ac Unit but no one is actually prepared for it. Fabian answered all of our question. Mind you there were 4 adults surrounding him and two Kids playing “build a fort” or dropping an obstacle of cereal on the floor around us at times. He was amazing at making sure we all felt comfortable as we proceeded with the process of leasing to own a new unit. While waiting for approvals and paperwork he could tell I was the most stressed of all my family members and did his best to lighten the mood. My 5 year old daughters gave him a bowl of cereal and that was amazing to watch how he treated us like more than just a job but an actual family that needed some good news at this time. He explained everything and offered multiple solutions and opportunities to make sure we were comfortable with our soon to be new ac units and about future plans to buy a mini split for a guest house.
