I just want to thank Colair for the kind staff they have. This past Friday, Carlos Castillo came to perform maintenance on our unit. He was very professional both in his treatment of me and in his work. He was very patient in answering each of my questions and also made some recommendations. One thing I want to highlight, because I pay close attention to details, is that he used disposable shoe covers, which he removed from his shoes every time he left the house and put back on when he came back in. This is very important to us since the pandemic; at home, we remove our shoes before entering. He even took the trash away in his vehicle. Thank you, Carlos. Despite being so young, you are very mature, respectful, professional, and, above all, responsible. I also appreciate that, even though it was a Friday afternoon, you took the time to do your job and make sure I was happy and satisfied. God bless you!
